Domestic Sourcing and Production

Given the company's market niche was founded on a platform of superior product and expeditious service, it has mastered domestic production enabling expeditious service, whilst remaining extremely cost competitive. It has accomplished this through partnering with domestic and enabling compliant mills supporting its core blank needs on a strategic versus transactional platform. It has also partnered with domestic compliant embellishers enabling and mastering expeditious service and speed to market processes, in an environment which is all about "ready to wear product".

Offshore Development and Sourcing

As the co continues to grow its product assortment, the company recognized the need to source more by finished product, and less by component necessitating a reallocation of company resources to support offshore sourcing.

Hybrid has a development team embedded within its sourcing group that is highly skilled at translating, validating and bridging prototype design through the sourcing group to a completed finished commercial product.

The company's offshore sourcing strategies are dependant on numerous criteria inclusive of efficiency, cost, development and fabrication capability, quality, compliance and speed to retail. The execution of these criteria are non negotiable in servicing our customers. We pursue a course of partnering with factories on a strategic programmed basis ensuring commitment and continuity of activity for all our vendors. Our sourcing group are cognizant of changes in geographical efficiency.

Our offshore factory base includes China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Pakistan and all countries within the Americas Region.

Hybrid Apparel offers numerous embellishments and treatments on its products including all screenprinting applications, flocking, all wash techniques, and embroidery.
